Wash the chicken legs and remove the bones.

Cut into pieces with a knife, rinse, add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and oil to marinate.

Change the side dishes to the knife.

Heat oil in a wok, add onion pieces and stir-fry, add chicken pieces and stir-fry.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine and water to the chicken pieces and cook, then add about 50 grams of curry cubes.
