Cut carrots into strips, tomatoes into small pieces, rape stems into strips, onions into shreds, and garlic into cubes. Set aside.

After the tomatoes are cooked, add the carrots, rapeseed stalks and green onions. Add salt and season with a very fresh taste. Dark soy sauce is appropriate for color. Then put the pre-soaked rice into the pot and spread it flat. Add water until the rice is covered.
