  5. Use a bread machine or chef's machine to knead until the expansion stage, add butter, continue to knead until the complete stage, and then put it into a basin.

  6. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until it is 2 to 2.5 times its original size. After fermentation, stick flour on the dough with your fingers and poke a hole so that the hole does not collapse or shrink.
