Cranberry Cookies
Overview
This is my homemade snack. The recipe is similar to chiffon cake, but the amount of oil and sugar is very small. I used two temperature baking methods, one is crispy like a biscuit, and the other is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a bit like a small cake. One bite at a time, both are delicious.
