Macaroni with goose and okra
Overview
Last night, my dad said he wanted to get rid of the goose meat at home, but it looked very greasy. I thought about the macaroni that was about to expire and the okra that I had bought for two days at home, so I decided to get rid of them together.

Steps
-
Tear the goose meat into strips, wash the okra and colored peppers.
-
Remove the stems from the washed okra and cut into sections diagonally.
-
Remove the stems from the washed bell peppers and cut into thick strips.
-
After boiling the water, add the macaroni. Cook for the time required for each type of pasta. When I used to work in a restaurant, my boss taught me how to use chopsticks to scoop out the noodles and make sure the noodles are just right when they are broken.
-
After heating the non-stick pan, pour in the olive oil and fry the goose first.
-
After the goose meat becomes slightly soft, add the bell pepper and okra and continue stir-frying.
-
Add the cooked macaroni and mix evenly while heating over low heat.
