Toast the walnut kernels in advance and rub the skin on them.

Mix all-purpose flour and sifted corn flour, add baking soda and baking powder, mix well.

Add eggs, corn oil, sugar, and mix.

Mix well.

Add all powders.

Knead into dough.

Add walnut kernels and knead evenly.

Take a little dough and knead it into a small ball, put it on the baking tray, flatten it with your thumb, dip it in sesame seeds, preheat the oven to 155°C in advance, bake for 15 minutes, and let it color.

It's not crispy when it's just baked, but it becomes crispy after it cools down.

Store in an airtight jar and consume as soon as possible.
