Almond tofu
Overview
Almond tofu is one of the traditional snacks of the Han people. It is a dessert and is found in Sichuan cuisine and other cuisines. It is mainly made by grinding sweet almonds, adding water to boil, freezing and solidifying, and then cutting into pieces. It is named after its shape like tofu. Cool, sweet and refreshing, it can relieve inflammation and relieve inflammation. It is a good food in summer. Since I don’t have almond flour or almonds at home, I used almond milk bought in the supermarket and added milk. It was still delicious, like jelly, and my children also liked it.
