Overview
Sour radish and old duck soup is a special dish in my hometown. It can be regarded as a classic stew in Sichuan cuisine. The main ingredients are duck and pickled radish. The pickled radish is usually brewed at home and paired with the duck. After stewing, the finished product is delicious and the soup is bright. It is a soup dish to relieve the summer heat and can also relieve autumn dryness. There are many restaurants in Sichuan that have developed sour radish and duck soup into a type of hot pot, which can be used to boil other vegetables.

Wash the old duck. The local ducks fed with rural grains are the top quality.
