First make the pizza sauce, take half the butter, slowly melt it in a frying pan, then add a little chopped onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add a little black pepper, and then add tomato sauce.
-
Stir-fry for a few times, add a little salt, add water, cook until the sauce thickens, then set aside.
-
Dissolve the yeast powder with warm water, dissolve the other half of the butter in the water, add both to the flour, and then beat the flour with milk into a uniform dough.
-
Knead the dough into dough and let it double in size. Set aside.
-
Dice green peppers, colored peppers, and mushrooms, shred onions, and cut ham into thin slices. Since I was using an electric baking pan, I was afraid that it would not be cooked well, so I blanched the mushrooms and shrimps in water. In fact, frying them in oil would be more fragrant. However, in order to reduce oil and fat, I had to blanch them in water. Add a little salt and black pepper to the shredded onions and mix well.
-
At this point, all the preliminary preparations are done.
-
Roll the risen dough into a cake that is suitable for the size of the electric baking pan. Use a fork to prick some holes in the dough to prevent the dough from bulging during baking. Spread a layer of butter on the lower plate of the electric baking pan, put the dough in, don't turn on the heat, cover the upper plate and let the dough rise for a second time, about 30 minutes.
-
Spread the fried pizza sauce on the second proofed dough, making sure to leave an edge.
-
On the dough brushed with pizza sauce, first spread a layer of diced mushrooms, a layer of ham sausage, a layer of shredded onions and sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese; then, sprinkle a layer of diced green peppers, sprinkle a layer of diced colored peppers, sprinkle shrimps and halved cherry tomatoes; finally, sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
-
Cover the electric baking pan and turn on the upper and lower heat. Eight minutes later, the creamy and rich pizza will be freshly baked. If the upper pan of the pan is pressed directly on the cheese, it will burn. Use a wooden spatula to support it, or bake for five minutes and then open the lid of the pan to continue baking. I used a wooden spatula to prop it up, and it was a little burnt, but Ding Ding said that the roasted one is more fragrant.
