Overview

Sea antler is a nutritious and delicious green natural food from brown algae. It is a wild and natural deep-sea plant; it is the most precious and rare member of deep-sea plants. Due to the very harsh conditions for the growth of sea antler, only a small amount of it can grow in the unpolluted waters off the coast of the South China Sea in Chile.   1. Soak dried sea mushrooms in cold water for 3-4 hours.

  2. Cut the soaked sea mushroom into sections.
