Exploded Sea Mushroom
Overview
Sea antler is a nutritious and delicious green natural food from brown algae. It is a wild and natural deep-sea plant; it is the most precious and rare member of deep-sea plants. Due to the very harsh conditions for the growth of sea antler, only a small amount of it can grow in the unpolluted waters off the coast of the South China Sea in Chile. Sea mushroom is rich in calcium, iodine, iron, potassium, fiber, carotene, seaweed gel and other nutrients that are indispensable to the human body. Soak dried sea mushrooms in cold water for 3-4 hours.

Cut the soaked sea mushroom into sections.

Slice the pork and mix well with starch.

Blanch the meat slices and sea mushrooms in boiling water.

Add peanut oil to the pot, add onions and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
