Prepare materials. There were many people in the supermarket, so I didn't kill them. I killed them at home, tore off the gills, cut open the fish's belly, and cleaned the internal organs. Rinse clean under running water. (There is mucus on the surface, so be careful when cutting the fish belly.)

Dry the fish with kitchen paper.

Heat the oil pan and add the fish.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, add onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour in light soy sauce. Add water, not too much. Pour in rice wine. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Before serving, add coriander segments, season and turn off the heat.
