Gold and silver tofu
Overview
The gold and silver tofu is cooked with salted duck egg yolk and tofu. The silvery white tofu is coated with golden sandy salted duck egg yolk powder, so it is called gold and silver tofu. This dish tastes both soft and glutinous tofu and has the aroma of salted duck egg yolk. Worth a try

Cut the tofu into cubes of appropriate size. Soak the tofu cubes in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Then remove and drain the water and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, just the same amount as usual for cooking. Add salted duck egg yolk.

Stir-fry slowly over low heat, stir-fry the salted duck egg yolk into pieces and make it "dusty".

Fry until the salted duck egg yolk has no particles and is fluffy. Add reserved tofu.

Fry with a spoon until the fluffy egg yolk is evenly coated on the tofu.

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste. Stir fry evenly to dissolve the salt and infuse the flavor.

Remove from pan and plate. Garnish with some chopped green onions and serve.
