Boil water in a pot.

Put the malan head and blanch it in water.

Boil the pot and remove the cold water.

Write dry moisture.

Mince.

Clean and mince carrots.

Slice minced meat.

Hot pan and cold oil.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the carrots and minced meat.

Fry the minced meat until cooked and add salt.

Add the malan head and stir-fry evenly, add some water.

Just boil the pot.
