Ingredients
Steps
-
Add fresh minced meat stuffing, minced green onion, minced ginger, peppercorns, oyster sauce, peanut oil, and salt and stir evenly.
-
The wonton wrappers were bought ready-made from the market. I had rolled the wonton wrappers by hand before, but they were either too thick or too soft, so I bought them ready-made.
-
Since I bought wonton wrappers, wrapping them is easy.
-
Put the meat filling on the skin.
-
Fold it up.
-
Just fold the corners on both sides in half.
-
Use less stuffing to make wontons and get a full bowl.
-
I heard that this wrapping method is called cat ears, do you think it looks like it? Ready to cook.
-
Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add wontons and cook for 5 minutes.
-
Prepare seasonings: dried shrimps, coriander, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
-
Put all the seasonings in a bowl, tear off a piece of purple and put it inside.
-
When the wontons are cooked, pour a ladle of hot soup into a bowl and then serve the wontons.
-
It’s done, let’s eat.
