Preserved egg and lean meat porridge
Overview
There are all kinds of porridges. I am used to eating sweet or light ones. Now and then, I want to change the taste and try something salty and savory. It is very popular with my family! The child was stunned after eating this big bowl! Moms, give it a try!

-
Use a pressure cooker to cook the porridge, which can be a little thinner. Then pour into a casserole and bring to a boil.
-
Cut the lean meat into shreds, marinate it with an appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for ten minutes, stir-fry in an oil pan for a while, and then add it to the porridge.
-
Dice the preserved eggs and add them when the porridge is cooked until thick. Then add an appropriate amount of salt and white pepper. You can also add some chives. I didn't add them because my children don't like them.

Paired with some egg pancakes, it's a hearty breakfast.
