-
Cut the ribs into small pieces, wash them repeatedly, and marinate them with a little cooking wine.
-
Prepare the auxiliary ingredients, wash and cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, chop the corn into sections and half (to bring out the sweetness of the corn cob), divide the yam into two parts, slice one part, and cut the remaining into small pieces.
-
Pour cold water into a pot, add pork ribs, scallions, ginger, cooking wine and a little vinegar. After the water boils, skim off the foam and remove the ribs.
-
Remove the ribs and rinse with cold water (to remove any foam).
-
Set up the pot again, add water and bring to a boil, add onion segments, ginger slices, ribs, yam segments, corn segments, carrot segments, a little red dates, a little wolfberry, add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, and 1 small piece of rock sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.
-
Add the remaining ingredients, yam slices, red dates, and wolfberry, and pour them into the pressure cooker to stew. After simmering, remove from the pot and add a little white pepper according to your taste. (The taste itself is very fresh and slightly sweet)
