  1. Prepare ingredients: wet noodles, shredded pork, carrots, mushrooms, rapeseed, and ginger.

  2. Slice the mushrooms and carrots, and shred the ginger.

  3. Boil water in a pot, add noodles after the water boils, and remove after the noodles are cooked.

  4. Take out the noodles and rinse them in cold water.

  5. After drying, add a little oil to prevent sticking.

  6. Heat oil in a pot and add shredded ginger to the pot.

  7. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color.

  8. Add carrots and stir-fry.

  9. Add mushrooms and fry.

  10. Add green vegetables and stir-fry until cooked through.

  11. Add cooked noodles and stir-fry.

  12. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat!
