Fried edamame with salted yellow croaker
Overview
It is a very delicious side dish. It can be eaten with steamed rice for breakfast to whet your appetite. With wine and food, the more you eat, the more you want to eat. It tastes great. This dish is our family's favorite.

Shelled edamame

Soak the salted yellow croaker in cold water for 1 hour, wash and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot, add edamame and stir-fry for a while, then add half a bowl of water and cook until cooked, then remove from the pot.

From the oil pan, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add fish pieces and stir-fry, add cooking wine to remove fishy smell.

Add edamame and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add a spoonful of tempeh and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
