  1. Prepare materials.

  2. Wash and slice the zucchini; beat the eggs and cut the red and green peppers into rings.

  7. After one side is fried, garnish each slice of zucchini with red and green pepper rings, then flip and fry until golden brown.

  8. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of minced green onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, and mix all the dipping ingredients evenly.
