Weishan Commune Liuyang cuisine: Stir-fried bacon with dried radish
Overview
This is a must-have dish on the menu of almost every Hunan restaurant. Although they are all dried products, time has made the bacon more fragrant than the fresh meat, but the dried radish retains its sweetness, which can be regarded as having the same smell. In addition, stir-frying dried chili peppers can make the whole dish more flavorful. If the dried chili peppers are replaced with chili powder, they should be added after frying the dried radish.
