Chicken hand rice
Overview
I'm in St. Petersburg, and there are many Central Asian Muslims here, so hand-cooked rice is a very common staple food. The store sells various flavored hand rice seasonings, including Kazakh, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, etc. It is a mixture of various spice powders, various peppers, cumin, ginger, thyme, cinnamon, cloves, sage, etc., and there is safflower in Azerbaijan. They make this mainly beef and mutton, and they prohibit alcohol, so they use spices to remove the smell, I guess. I don’t often make squid. If you don’t have these seasonings at home, you can use cumin, pepper, and rosemary to make an exotic flavor. O(∩_∩)O~ Use whatever you have at home, but carrots and onions are essential, and red onions are more beautiful in color. ЗI made it for four people, you can add or subtract as appropriate.

Steps
-
Material review. Those two packets of spices, the yellow one is cumin and the other is rosemary. You can also add some raisins, but add them when the rice is ready.
-
Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate with salt, white pepper, wine, and a little rosemary. Cut all other vegetables into dices. I get my cumin whole, grind it up.
-
Add ginger slices and garlic slices to the pan. Stir-fry the carrots in oil first. The nutrients of the carrots need to be fried before they can be absorbed.
-
Then add onions and saute until fragrant, then add chicken and cook in red wine. Since it has an exotic flavor, there is no need for cooking wine. Then add apples, cumin, salt, and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Wash the rice and add water (just a little less than normal rice stewing, because there is still water in the dish), add ingredients, put it in the rice cooker, and simmer rice normally.
-
Sprinkle some black pepper out of the pan and serve with a salad, which is nutritious and healthy. A family will be wealthy when they have a good meal.
