Wine-flavored duck wings
Overview
During the Mid-Autumn Festival, people in Shanghai basically have a few must-eat foods, such as taro, edamame, duck, pomegranate, and of course mooncakes. However, there is still no live poultry trade at the market near my home, so I chose some duck wings. It was very pleasant to braise them out and eat them while admiring the moon on the Mid-Autumn Festival night.
