Fig Tower
Overview
Figs, fresh ones, are only sold in abundance in my hometown. Now, I haven’t seen it since I moved away. There is nothing simpler and more beautiful than the feelings of childhood. Memories are always sweet, and the time with childhood sweethearts is so happy. The ingredients are divided into three parts. Tart crust: 60 grams of low-gluten flour, 40 grams of butter, 20 grams of icing sugar, 7 grams of eggs, 1 pinch of salt. Almond cream filling: 20 grams of butter, 20 grams of icing sugar, 20 grams of eggs, and 20 grams of almond flour. Others: about 3 figs, a small amount of high-gluten flour
