Stir-fried shredded pork with bitter melon
Overview
Bitter melon is rich in nutritional value. In this dish, I added a little bit of bell pepper and tempeh. It suppresses the bitterness of bitter gourd. Served with shredded pork without adding chili sauce, it has a unique flavor.
