Put the dough into a container and refrigerate it for 30-1 hour (you can also wrap the dough directly with plastic wrap. The refrigerated dough will not be too soft and is easier to handle)

Take out the refrigerated dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin piece of about 0.3-0.5CM, and use a cookie cutter to press it into the desired shape (the shape can be whatever you like, use whatever mold you have on hand)
