Fried Vermicelli with Cabbage
Overview
In my mind, cabbage has several names, cabbage, cabbage, cabbage, cabbage, turnip, and cabbage. I discovered a new name in the supermarket today, green cabbage. Not only does it have many names, it is also rich in nutrients. About 90% of the ingredients are water, rich in vitamin C, and ranked third among the best foods recommended by the World Health Organization. Raw cabbage is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B1, folic acid and potassium, and cooked cabbage is also rich in vitamin C, potassium and folic acid. Moreover, cabbage is easy to store and can be kept fresh for a week in the refrigerator. Therefore, it is one of the essential vegetables for home use. I didn't really like cabbage before, but after trying today's recipe, I don't shy away from it anymore.
