Overview
Donuts are a favorite food among children, but frying them has relatively high calories, so they have never been made for children. It would be nice to make these biscuits into a donut shape.

Melt the butter in a bowl over hot water

Add the beaten eggs and milk to the butter and mix well

Then add sifted milk powder, cake flour, and powdered sugar and mix well

Knead into a smooth dough

Roll the dough into a thin sheet

Use a bottle cap to press out the shape

Use a piping tip to press a small circle in the middle

Place on a baking sheet lined with oilcloth

Put into the preheated oven, 170 degrees, middle rack, for about 12 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a bowl with heat-insulated water

Then dip the baked cookies into chocolate, sprinkle with sugar beads and let cool to solidify
