Remove the fishy smell from the duck legs, put the spices into a pot and add water (appropriate amount), boil and cool until used. 2. Soak the duck legs in water for more than 1 hour, remove and add the prepared spices, green onion, ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence, oil and white pepper. Put it in a basin and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
