Pork Bone Stewed Cabbage
Overview
Boiled pork bones, stewed with Chinese cabbage, a simple home-cooked stew, but nutritionally balanced. You can also leave out the tofu.

Accessories: cooked pork bones

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips.

Heat oil, sauté chopped green onions, and add Chinese cabbage.

Add pork bones and bone broth.

Add tofu, simmer for 5 minutes, and season with salt.

Remove from the pan and place in a bowl.
