Overview
Beef coating, a great tonic, divided into two parts: coating and flower heads. The flower heads are easy to cook and slightly pink. The coating skin is smooth and crispy, but a little tough, so it needs to be processed separately.

Beef coated flower heads, cleaned and set aside.

Beef coated with water and set aside.

Heat the pan and stir-fry the oil, onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili pepper and distiller's grains until fragrant.
