Braised Beef Brisket with Radish
Overview
The radish and beef brisket stewed by myself does not have the salty and spicy flavor of the ones eaten outside. The white radish has a sweet taste and the soup has the flavor of beef brisket.

Prepare the ingredients

Wash and cut beef brisket into small pieces

Add water to the pot, add beef brisket and 2 slices of ginger, bring to a boil, remove, rinse off the foam and drain

Add an appropriate amount of water to the casserole, add the blanched beef brisket, bring to a boil and skim off some oil

Add ginger slices, star anise, tangerine peel, and cinnamon. Use as little spice as possible but not without it. Spices are used to remove odor

Cover and simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours. It will save some time if you use a pressure cooker

Peel and cut radish into cubes

Add radish cubes, add some salt and simmer for 1 hour

Finally, add salt to taste.
