Heat corn oil until warm.

Pour in the flour and turn off the heat.

Add three egg yolks and one whole egg.

Stir evenly until the egg yolk paste becomes fine and flowing.

Add sugar to the egg whites and prepare to whip.

Whisk until the egg whites form small right angles.

Mix the egg white and egg yolk paste, stirring up and down.

Mix well.

Line the mold with oil paper.

Pour in the egg batter.

Shake lightly twice and preheat oven to 150°C.

Wait for 36 minutes. After baking, take it out and cool it normally.
