  1. Prepare the raw materials, wash the rice and soak it in water.

  3. Boil some salt in boiling water.

  4. Bring the soaked rice to a boil, then turn to low heat.

  5. When there is almost no water left, put the sausage on top, turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
