Braised pork slices with tofu

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten this kind of tofu. It smells like meat when you bite into it.

Wash the tofu.

Chop the green and red peppers and garlic and set aside.

Cut the meat into pieces, marinate with cornstarch cooking wine and some salt for 5 minutes.

Add oil to the pot, add garlic and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add in meat slices and stir-fry.

Add tofu, salt, soy sauce, light soy sauce and some water and simmer for 2 minutes to add flavor. When serving, add pepper, sesame oil, and garlic leaves and serve.
