Mushroom and pork wontons
Overview
Traditional Chinese pasta is stuffed with thin dough and is usually cooked and eaten with soup. The fragrant and tender mushroom and pork wontons are something you won’t get tired of eating.

Ingredients: pork, mushrooms, ginger water.

Remove the fascia from the pork and chop into minced meat.

Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.

Put the pork stuffing into a bowl, add ginger water, cornstarch, light soy sauce, and salt and stir evenly in one direction.

Add shiitake mushrooms, drizzle some sesame oil, and continue stirring to make the filling.

Wonton wrappers bought at the market outside.

Take the wonton wrapper, place the filling in the center of the wrapper, and fold it into a triangle.

Then fold the left and right corners toward the middle to form wontons.

If you can’t finish eating the wontons at one time, you can put them in the refrigerator.

Put some dried shrimps, sesame oil, chicken essence, white pepper, and chopped green onion in the bowl. You can add ingredients according to your own taste.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add wontons, add cold water once, and remove with a slotted spoon after they are cooked.
