It adds almost everything and doesn't have much room for development. With simple low-gluten flour, you can do whatever you want. Sponge cakes will look beautiful in paper cups. However, when I eat it at home, I don’t bother to make it look pretty, so a silicone mold is enough. Specially baked until golden brown.
