Spicy and refreshing fern root powder. The brown vermicelli is slippery, with a sour juice that brings back sweetness, and the spiciness of the chopped peppers stimulates the mouth.

Soak it in cold water for about an hour and a half before going out to buy groceries.

It takes about 8 minutes to cook until the heart is cooked through.

Drain into cold water, filter and set aside.

Prepare the seasoning, pour some minced ginger and garlic into the cold water and make it into juice.

Put a small spoonful of sugar in the ginger and garlic juice, and add an appropriate amount of very fresh soy sauce, Lufeng balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil. Chop coriander and set aside, mince peanuts and cooked sesame seeds and set aside.

I like to use pickled chopped peppers for a more mellow, sour and spicy flavor.
