Dried tofu mixed with diced walnuts
Overview

Blanch 4 pieces of dried tofu in boiling water. Remove and drain.

Cut into cubes and put in a bowl.

Soak 90 grams of walnuts in hot water. (easy to peel)

Peel off all skin from walnuts.

Place in a wok and stir-fry over low heat until crispy. (If the fire is too high, the walnuts will not look good. Look at me, it will be too hot.)

After cooling, cut into small cubes.

Add the dried tofu together, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sesame oil and mix well.
