Longan, Red Date and Ginger Tea

In the cold winter, brew some longan, red dates and ginger tea to drink, which is warm and healthy.

Wash the dried longans and soak them in warm water for about 5 minutes; cut the red dates; cut the ginger into shreds; and prepare the brown sugar.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour the red dates, shredded ginger, dried longan and the water used to soak the dried longan into the pot and cook for about 10 minutes.

When the time is up, add brown sugar and cook until the brown sugar dissolves.

Pour into teapot.

Have a drink and feel warm all over.
