Dissolve 100g brown sugar with 250g warm water, pour it into the flour, and stir into cotton wool. (The darker the brown sugar, the better-looking the color is. The brown sugar at home is lighter in color)
-
Knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for the first time until 2.5 times in size.
-
After fermentation, take it out and knead it into long strips. (If it’s a little sticky, sprinkle a little dry powder.)

Cut into sections
-
Shape it slightly and make a cut in the middle.
-
Put it into the steamer for the second fermentation until it doubles in size
-
Chop 5 walnut kernels and mix well with brown sugar.
-
After fermentation, place the filling on the cutouts. Put hot water into the pot and steam over low heat for 10 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes.
