Prepare an appropriate amount of black sesame seeds and cashew nuts (the nuts must be roasted or fried in advance).

Pour the newly boiled water into a bowl, then add an appropriate amount of oatmeal, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes (first pour the water and then add the oatmeal, so that it will not form lumps after soaking, and it will be mixed evenly after a few times).

Put the soaked oatmeal and nuts into a juicer and blend into a fine paste. (You can add sugar to taste, but our family usually drinks it plain).
