Hot and sour minced pork - rice killer

When I got home from get off work, I found that the food at home was far from enough to satisfy two foodies... A plate of fried spicy and sour minced pork, paired with a bowl of white rice, it tasted great... The foodies tasted particularly delicious... O(∩_∩)O Haha~

Cut the pork into cubes, add a little salt, cornstarch, and sesame oil to the diced pork, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes;

Soak the sour radish in water for a while to remove some of the sourness, then cut into cubes and set aside;
