  1. Prepare two bowls of leftover rice. Cut the pineapple in half. Use a knife to make a rectangular shape about one centimeter along the skin of the pineapple and then make a tic-tac-toe cut. Then use a spoon to scoop out the pineapple flesh and put it in warm water and salt.

  2. Boil the squid in water and cut into small pieces. Dice the carrots. Boil the green beans in boiling water for one minute and take them out. Pour the oil into the pot and stir-fry the green beans, squid, corn and carrots until fragrant. Dish out.

  3. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, break in two eggs, stir-fry and set aside.

  4. Heat oil in the pot and stir-fry the rice. Add the fried eggs, squid, green beans, carrots, and corn. Continue to stir-fry. Add salt and soy sauce. Stir-fry evenly, then add chicken stock and green onions. Put the pineapple shells in the pan. Delicious and refreshing pineapple and squid fried rice is ready!
