【Heilongjiang】Braised pork and fried beans
Overview
A very delicious Northeastern dish that goes well with rice. The pork belly is fragrant and the green beans fully absorb the flavor of the gravy. It is very delicious and goes well with rice. Green beans are a high-quality kidney bean variety unique to the northeastern region of my country (mainly Heilongjiang and Jilin). Green beans are also rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. In terms of taste and nutrition, green beans are high-quality beans.
