Except butter, pour all the dough ingredients into a food processor and mix evenly to form a smooth dough.

Take out the kneaded dough and put it into a large bowl. Place in the oven for the first fermentation until doubled in size.

Remove the fermented dough and deflate, cut evenly into 12 small pieces of dough, knead into a round shape and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 15 minutes.

Take an appropriate amount of chopped bacon and wrap it in the dough.

Take three wrapped doughs and put them into the paper film for the second fermentation.

Brush with egg wash before putting in the oven. Preheat the oven in advance. Fast heat setting: 180°, about 15 minutes. Take out the toasted bread and sprinkle with bonito flakes, seaweed, and salad dressing for decoration.
