Prepare ingredients: a box of fat tofu, cut off the four corners and place upside down on a plate, 1 coriander, 3 garlic cloves, 2 preserved eggs

Bring the water in the steamer to a boil, steam the tofu for five to six minutes (to remove the beany smell), drain and cool, and drain off the excess water

Sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of chili oil, half a spoon of sugar, 2 spoons of sesame oil, appropriate amount of salt (can be adjusted according to your own taste), minced garlic and chopped coriander

Cut the preserved eggs into small pieces and spread them on top of the tofu. Pour the prepared juice into the plate and mix well before eating
