Korean spicy sauce mixed with yuba
Overview
I have always loved eating Korean kimchi and various mixed vegetables. I happened to have some Korean hot sauce left in the refrigerator, so I thought of making some mixed vegetables to eat on a hot day. It is really appetizing and refreshing~~~

Prepare yuba, fungus and cucumber

Bean curd and fungus: Soak in water in advance to soften, then wash and cut into sections

Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces

Marinate cucumbers with 2 tablespoons of salt for 30 minutes

Boil water in a pot, put the fungus in the water and boil, remove and drain

Later add the yuba, bring to a boil, remove and drain
