Like the taste of pickled mustard. In order to limit the amount of food consumed, stir-fry the pickled mustard with the good white radish. A very good delicacy.

Wash the mustard and cut into strips.

Wash the white radish and cut into strips.

The mustard is relatively salty, so soak it in cold water for a while, remove and drain the water.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the green onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the white radish to the pan and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the mustard in the pan.

Add white sugar to the pan and stir-fry.

Add the soy sauce to the pot and stir-fry evenly, add a little water if necessary, cover the pot and let it simmer for a while, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat when the ingredients are cooked.
