Fragrant walnut dew
Overview
This walnut drink is a drink I ordered when I went to a restaurant. My daughter said it was delicious. I looked at the ingredient list and it was quite simple and very healthy. So I often make it and drink it. Because there are grains in it, it is not very easy to filter. You can beat it raw and then cook it, or you can steam the grains and then beat it.

Put 3 tablespoons (50 grams) of buckwheat and 3 tablespoons of brown rice into a bowl, rinse well, and soak in water.

Toast the walnuts and peanuts in a microwave or oven (the peanuts I use are peeled cooked peanuts sold outside).
