Dehydrated roasted bran is soaked for up to three to five hours

Soak the peanuts in boiling water and peel off the red coating and set aside

Dried shiitake mushrooms, dried compressed fungus, dried daylily soaked in cold water

Slice mushrooms. Tear the fungus into small pieces. Cut daylilies into sections and set aside

Blanch the soaked roasted bran in water (to remove some beany smell)

Remove and drain

Open the oil pan and fry the bran until light yellow

Add shiitake mushrooms, daylily, black fungus and peanuts and stir-fry

Cook in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine. Add salt and sugar to taste
